By 1891, Samuel VICKERY has become a widower living with three of his children, one of them being Charles. On 18 April 1892, Samuel VICKERY married Lavinia ROSEKELLY. The marriage was witnessed by William HORSWELL and Elizabeth Ann HORSWELL. [In the 1891 census there is an Elizabeth A. HORSWELL who was a caretaker at Charles's Church. She was married to an Elisha HORSWELL (son of William and Julia HORSWELL) and there was an uncle, William HORSWELL, age 86, also present; they were not related to the Horswill line that Charles VICKERY eventually married into.]
